What is Alchemy Hub?
Alchemy Hub sells licensed access to our digital platform for tools and enhanced functionality. You choose how long you want access (or lifetime where offered), get an access key by email, and manage redemption from your dashboard—with updates and Discord support while your plan is active.
How do I get access?
Open Plans, pick a duration, enter your email and name, agree to the Terms, then use Pay with Card or Pay with Crypto. After payment confirms, your access key is emailed and you can use the dashboard to manage access.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards: processed through our provider’s hosted checkout (you complete payment on their secure page). Crypto: available where the “Pay with Crypto” button is shown, via our cryptocurrency payment partner. We don’t run card payments in-browser on buyalchemy.net.
How do I receive access after purchase?
After successful payment, you’ll receive your access key and next steps by email. Sign in through the site (e.g. Discord login where available) and use your dashboard to check status, resets, and announcements.
Can I get a refund?
Digital access purchases are generally final once access is delivered. Please review our Refund Policy for full details and scope.
What if I have technical issues?
