All purchases are final. Refunds are generally not offered for completed digital access purchases.
Because licenses are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final once payment completes and fulfillment starts. This applies to all plan lengths, including:
- Timed licenses (e.g. 30, 60, 90 days)
- Lifetime licenses where offered
- Access keys, account entitlements, and platform access tied to those purchases
2. Refund Scope
Refunds are not typically provided for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Technical issues or compatibility problems
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with product features
- Inability to use the product
- Product usage or non-usage
- Other similar situations after access has already been granted

Before making a purchase, please ensure that:

- You understand the product features and limitations
- You meet all system requirements and compatibility specifications
- You are certain you want to purchase the product

6. License duration and renewals
Plans sold on buyalchemy.net are prepaid license windows (or lifetime as labeled), not open-ended subscriptions you cancel mid-cycle through us:
- Each payment is for the duration shown at checkout (processed via our card provider or crypto partner when offered)
- Payments are final and non-refundable once the license is delivered or usable
- When a timed license expires, you may purchase a new plan if you want continued access
- Unused time on an active license is not refunded as cash—contact support if something failed before delivery
